The second was Gordon Banks dived under the ball and came up under the rising ball and pushed it over the crossbar. And the third was that normal goalkeepers would have pushed the ball into play satisfied by making a save; but Gordon Banks tipped it over the crossbar - thereby averting any chance of a goal by the oncoming forwards.
